By downloading, installing, or using Wealthy (the "App" or "Service"), creating an account, or tapping "Agree" or a similar button, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility is tied to the minimum age required under applicable local law in your jurisdiction. If local law requires parental or guardian consent for persons under a certain age, you must have obtained that consent before using the Service. By using the App, you confirm that you meet all applicable eligibility requirements.
Wealthy is a personal finance and wealth-organisation app that allows users to manually enter and track assets, expenses, debts, salary-related information, financial events, and personal financial plans. The Service is intended solely to support personal financial visibility and organisation. It is not designed to replace, and does not constitute, independent financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
You may register using: * Sign in with Apple * Email-based verification / email OTP You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use at trywealthy@gmail.com.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: * Violate any applicable laws or regulations * Enter false, misleading, or harmful information * Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data * Copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App without written permission
Wealthy does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice of any kind. All content and features within the App are tools for personal organisation and visibility only. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions, and you are encouraged to consult a qualified professional before making any significant financial decision.
Free Trial: You may be eligible for a seven (7)-day free trial before any paid subscription begins. Billing, Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds: All subscription purchases, billing, automatic renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are managed exclusively through the Apple App Store in accordance with Apple's terms and policies. We do not control or handle these processes directly. To cancel or request a refund, please visit your Apple account settings or contact Apple Support.
All financial data you enter into the App remains yours. By entering it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely to the extent necessary to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal financial data to third parties for marketing purposes. Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data through the App or by contacting us at trywealthy@gmail.com. Deletion may be subject to technical, legal, operational, backup, fraud-prevention, subscription, or record-retention limitations.
The App and all its components — including design, logos, text, and software — are owned by Mahmoud Boqammaz Company for Custom Software Design and Development or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may at any time, without prior notice: * Modify, update, or remove features * Temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or security purposes * Discontinue the Service entirely We will not be liable for any interruption or change in the Service.
The App may rely on third-party providers necessary to operate the Service. These may include: * Apple App Store — subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and refunds * Sign in with Apple — authentication * Apple CloudKit — sync and storage features * Supabase — backend and operational services * Sentry — crash and error monitoring * Internal/operational analytics — to improve product quality and reliability We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third party. Your use of those services is subject to each provider's own terms.
Personal data we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy, available within the App, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the App you consent to the data processing practices described in that policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — without limitation — warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation. This disclaimer does not exclude any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD 100), whichever is less. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mahmoud Boqammaz Company for Custom Software Design and Development and its employees and representatives from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your data or content entered into the App; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time and to the extent permitted by law for breach of these Terms or for any legitimate operational reason. You may terminate your account at any time using the deletion process described in Section 9. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Kuwait, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The effective date of any changes will be indicated at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the App after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
